Format 03 · Launches
A product launch activation built for content.
A drop lives or dies on the content it generates. A make-it-here station gives every attendee a reason to film, post, and wear the launch — the merch becomes the campaign, not a footnote to it.
The station is the hero shot
For a product launch or pop-up, we design the station to be the most photographable thing in the room. Clean sightlines to the press, a lit cool rack that reads as a display, and a finished piece that ties directly to the campaign art. The line becomes the queue people post about before they even reach the front.
Tie the piece to the drop
When a footwear or apparel brand releases a colorway, we press a matching tee or cap so the guest leaves head-to-toe on message. The station extends the drop past the people who bought — everyone who made a piece is now advertising it.
Limited by design
Scarcity works. A capped menu, numbered pieces, or a one-day-only design gives the activation the same urgency as the product. Guests treat a made-on-site limited piece the way they treat the drop itself.
Planning notes
Bring us the campaign art early so transfers and color matching are locked before the reveal. For traveling pop-up tours we keep the station identical city to city so the content stays on brand everywhere.
Scope an activation
Launch with a make-it-here moment.
Send the event, the audience, the city, and the date. We come back with a station plan, a throughput target, and a budget you can hand to the client.
