The production menu

Every station you can build into the floor.

Pick the stations your audience will queue for. We size the crew and the line to your traffic curve, then run each one like production, not a demo.

01

Live DTF Heat Press

Our workhorse. Full-color transfers pressed onto Bella+Canvas 3001 tees, Gildan heavyweights, hoodies, and totes — vivid, soft-hand, and washable. The graphic can change per guest without slowing the line, which is why this station carries most campaigns.

02

Hat Bar & Patch Application

A crown wall of Richardson 112 trucker caps and Flexfit fitteds. Guests choose a blank, we heat-apply sponsor patches or a personalized name. It is the highest-dwell station on the floor — people linger, style, and photograph it.

Embroidery

Stitched logos and monograms for a premium, keep-it-forever finish. We reserve embroidery for VIP gifting and hero items where the perceived value needs to read higher than a printed tee.

UV DTF & Hard Goods

Peel-and-press graphics that wrap tumblers, bottles, phone cases, and rigid items. A quick, high-volume side station that keeps your giveaway count climbing while the apparel line does its thing.

Laser Engraving

Etched hard goods, coasters, and tags for a tactile keepsake. No cure time, no wear-in — the mark is permanent the moment it comes off the bed, which reads as craft on camera.

Screen Printing

When the run is large and the art is set, screen printing gives the lowest per-piece cost and the most durable hand. We stage it for volume merch and staff apparel rather than one-off guest customization.

How we choose

Which stations fit your activation.

TRAFFIC

Match the line to the crowd

A steady trickle wants one deep station with variety. A doors-open rush wants two parallel lines and a simplified menu so nobody waits more than a few minutes.

BRAND

Match the finish to the tier

Mass giveaway reads best on DTF and UV DTF. VIP and press want embroidery or laser. We usually blend two tiers so every guest leaves happy and the top tier still feels special.

SPACE

Match the build to the footprint

Every station has a power and square-footage draw. Tell us the booth dimensions and available circuits and we will lay out a floor plan that keeps queue and press separated.
